আমার এক বন্ধু স্বপরিবারে একটেল ব্যবহার করে। কিছুদিন আগে বাংলালিঙ্কে BTTB ল্যান্ডফোন ইনকামিং ফ্রি হয়ে গেলো, তারপরে আমার সিটিসেলেও ইনকামিং ফ্রি হলো। দেখে তো বেচারার মন খারাপ। সে এখনো ম্যালা টাকা দিচ্ছে যদি ল্যান্ডফোন বা বিদেশ থেকে কোনো ফোন আসে। আসলেই দুঃখজনক একটা বিষয়।

আমি পরামর্শ দিলাম যে তুমি একটেলের ১২৩@একটেল.কম-এ মেইল দাও, দেখো কি বলে। সে আমার কথা মতো কাজ করলো। ফলে যেটা হলো সেটার উপরে বিরক্ত হয়ে আমাকে মেইলটা ফরোয়ার্ড করে দিয়েছে। আমার মনেহয় এটা সবার সাথে শেয়ার করার মতো একটা বিষয়। 🙂

সে যেই মেইলটা লিখেছিলো:
Hi Aktel…
When are you going to commit the incoming charge like Banglalink? Protidine amar pacha mara jaitase incoming er jonno. Our whole family is Aktel and we think we need to migrate to Banglalink because of their free incoming facility from TNT and abroad.

যাই হোক, আমার বন্ধু আবার এক লাইনের মেইল লিখে একটা জবাব দিলো

কিন্তু তার জবাবে আবার যেই মেইলটা আসলো, সেটা দেখুন:
